These Terms and Conditions apply to the Exec Sec SMS reminder and appointment scheduling service operated by Douglas Anderson, a sole proprietor (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Service Description
Exec Sec provides recurring informational SMS messages related to appointments, meeting requests, assignments, scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and related administrative communications.
Exec Sec is not a commercial marketing or advertising program. SMS messages are used only for the purposes for which the recipient has provided consent.
SMS Consent
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Exec Sec using either of these initial enrollment methods:
- Completing the communication preferences form on the Exec Sec Communication Preferences page and affirmatively checking the optional SMS consent box.
- Texting JOIN to (480) 418-4406.
SMS reminders are optional. You may use Exec Sec and communicate regarding appointments, assignments, and scheduling without agreeing to receive text messages. Completing the form without checking the SMS consent box, or choosing Continue without SMS, does not enroll you in SMS messaging.
By submitting the website form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring informational SMS messages from Exec Sec regarding appointments, meeting requests, assignments, scheduling, and related reminders.
When you text JOIN to (480) 418-4406:
- Consent is recorded using the mobile number from which JOIN was sent.
- Exec Sec sends an enrollment confirmation message.
- Exec Sec asks for your first and last name to complete your subscriber profile.
- Supplying a name is optional and is not the act that grants SMS consent. Consent is granted when you send JOIN.
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, participating in activities, scheduling an appointment, or receiving other services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, assignments, scheduling activity, and use of the service.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received through this service.
Opting Out
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any Exec Sec message.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you subsequently opt in again on the Communication Preferences page or re-subscribe by texting START or UNSTOP from the same mobile number.
Texting JOIN does not reverse a prior opt-out. Use START or UNSTOP to re-subscribe after STOP.

Mobile Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and telecommunications providers and cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through Exec Sec is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
