- Appointment, meeting request, assignment, or scheduling information
- Communication preferences
- SMS opt-in and consent status
- When you enroll by texting JOIN, the mobile number from which JOIN was sent, the enrollment keyword, and related inbound message metadata
- Your optional name reply after keyword enrollment
- Twilio MessageSid and related delivery or inbound metadata
- Consent source, disclosure version, timestamps, and append-only consent history
- Opt-out, re-subscription, and help events
How We Use Your Information
We use this information solely to provide requested informational and administrative services, including:
- Maintaining SMS consent records and compliance history
- Completing subscriber profiles when you provide an optional name
- Sending appointment invitations, reminders, and confirmations
- Sending meeting requests
- Sending assignment reminders

We do not use Exec Sec to send commercial advertising or marketing messages.

If you opt in to Exec Sec SMS messaging, you may receive recurring informational SMS messages from Exec Sec regarding appointments, meeting requests, assignments, scheduling, confirmations, and related reminders.

Participation in SMS messaging is voluntary. SMS reminders are optional; you may use Exec Sec without agreeing to receive text messages.

Withdrawing consent to receive SMS messages does not prevent you from participating in activities, receiving assignments, scheduling appointments through other available methods, or otherwise receiving services through available non-SMS methods.
